Casa Leana is a luxury 9-person villa in Jávea with optional private heated swimming pool and green Mediterranean garden. The villa is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families, because of its quiet location in a beautiful residential area.

Not only in the summer, but also the rest of the year it is wonderful for a wellness and/or golf holiday.

The layout is as follows, ground floor:

Living room/"fireplace corner" with electric fireplace (air conditioning & 3 ceiling fans), kitchen (air conditioning & ceiling fan), the bedrooms:

1. Single bedroom (bed 90x200) with ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom

2. Double bedroom (bed 180x200) with air conditioning and ceiling fan, 

3. Bedroom with 2 loft beds (4 x; 90x200, for max. 4 children) and air conditioning, with a bathroom in the hallway and extra separate toilet with washbasin.

On the 1st floor there is another one:

4. Double bedroom (bed 180x200) with air conditioning and ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom

Extra Cots: On request, a baby cot (up to max. 15 kilos) and two high chairs are available free of charge. A 2nd cot, a playpen and 3rd high chair can be rented on request.

Outside under the shelter is a large dining table with ceiling fan. There are also lounge chairs and sunbeds. In the distance there is a sea view and the Montgó mountain can be seen. The villa is fully equipped, such as:

American fridge (with water filter, ice cubes and shaved ice), wine cooler, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, Nespresso machine/Nespresso milk frother. There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, which can also be used by guests.

Smart TV (streaming with USB cable) and Canal Digital, fiber optic wifi (indoor & outdoor). A Sonos music system. There is also a safe and a camera and alarm system.

Casa Leana is located in a spacious residential area close to the bustling Arenal beach. There is also plenty to do for children, such as table tennis and playgrounds on the beach. A little further along the coast is the cozy old harbor with nice shops and restaurants. Javea has several beautiful beaches; from picturesque rocky beaches to a more extensive sandy beach. In the region there are nice authentic villages and regional/flea markets. Moraira and Denia are also nice to visit. From Denia ferries go to Ibiza, among others.  Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante, these cities are also worth a visit! 

Sports activities in Javea include: Golf, tennis, padel, mountain-biking, hiking, diving and snorkeling. You can also rent water scooters, a canoe or a boat (with or without a license/captain)

The weather in Javea and the surrounding area is among the most stable on the Spanish coast. The weather here is pleasant almost all year round! There are more than 300 sunny days a year!

The welcome letter contains useful information and great tips. Good service is important to us. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed and shown around by the manager. The manager speaks 5 languages, including Dutch. There will be a welcome package with possibly a welcome gift for accompanying children, practical items and something tasty to eat and drink, so that you can toast to a wonderful holiday!

The gardener comes to maintain the garden every week and the pool man takes care of the pool 1 to 2 times a week so that the pool stays nice and clean. Please note that the pool is not fenced! Optionally, the water in the pool can be max. 10 degrees (depending on the outside temperature up to a maximum of 28 degrees). Inquire about the possibilities without obligation...  

We like to give good service, a personal check-in and check-out has been part of that for years. But the government now also requires us to provide a personal check-in and check-out. This is possible in consultation, between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival and the check-out on the day of departure is between 8:00 and 10:00. Sometimes, in consultation and for a fee for the host on site, longer time slots are available. But please consult in advance, without a pre-agreed deviating time, the above standard rule applies. We do not work with keystone lockers and leaving the villa unattended is of course not allowed.
