The apartment has an underground parking space, a shared swimming pool and a cozy playground for toddlers & preschoolers. It is located within walking distance (800 meters) of the sandy Arenal beach with its bustling boulevard. There is also a supermarket 300 meters away and numerous other shops in the area.
