You enter a hall from which the living room is on the left. The living room is very cozy with the Mediterranean style as the main tone. There is a beautiful dining table with 6 chairs and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and lounge chair. The television is a smart TV and can be used with internet access, such as Netflix etc.
Through French doors there is a covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs, a coffee corner with 2 lovely lounge sofas and a modern sitting area with a parasol and a view of the communal garden on the lower terrace. From here is a passage to the communal swimming pool. There are three nicely decorated bedrooms, the master bedroom has a bed of 180x200 and a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90x200 and the third bedroom has two single beds of the same size as a drawer bed. A second bathroom with a bath/shower combination and toilet is located opposite the hallway. There is a newly fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, orange juice press, toaster, etc.
Next to the kitchen there is access to one of the terraces with a large family dining table and six chairs. Good to know, from this terrace there is direct access to the street through a door.
