Hidden Villa in Javea is a large luxury holiday villa with sea view for 10 people located within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. The villa is free with a floating terrace in the mountains at the back and beautiful sea views at the front.

Main floor:
You enter the villa in the spacious kitchen, beautiful crockery and kitchen appliances are available. In the dining room you will find a round dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a sitting area by the fireplace and digital television with Dutch channels and Netflix and Sonos sound equipment. The dining room has a large sliding door and here you come out on the shaded covered Terrace in front of the house with beautiful sea views. On the terrace are a large dining table and lounge chairs. On this floor: two luxurious bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom with spacious bath, shower, toilet and double sink. And a spacious guest toilet. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the rear part of the garden with the large swimming pool and sun terraces.
One floor up , you will find our fitness terrace with a cross trainer, weights and yoga mats, waking up sporty with a view of the mountains...On this floor there is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.Ground floor: In the hall , a staircase takes you down. This floor is equipped with its own kitchen with a beautiful spacious dining table, a nice reading corner and patio doors to a terrace with a spacious dining table. From here you walk to the higher part of the garden with the swimming pool.
On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. The master bedroom with a double sink, a shower, toilet and a beautiful bath, are bathed and look outside ...... A second room with two single beds and a shower, toilet and a large sink. In the third room with beautiful cork wall you will find a large double bed and behind the wall the shower, toilet and double sink. This room has patio doors to the garden and a private terrace.
Pool area: The swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters is surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable teak sunbeds, beautiful umbrellas, a Fatboy hammock and a comfortable hanging chair, a very special outdoor shower completes the picture.... You can also listen to your own favorite music via Sonos here.
At the pool you will find a wooden floating terrace with delicious Fatboy's.
From the pool and the chill-out terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Two to three cars can park inside the gate. In high season and during school holidays, the villa can only be rented as a whole, in the early and late season if you wish per floor as a private house.
