Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Summer period (July-August)

  • Minimum stay of 11 nights.
  • The cleaning fee is €150,--. This also includes linen and (bath) towels.
  • The deposit is €300,--.
  • When booking, 50% of the total rental price must be paid within 2 days. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.
  • Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival. After this, deposits made will not be refunded. If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. 
  • Check-in is possible from 15:00h. Check-out is possible until 10:00 am.

September - June

  • Minimum stay of 11 nights.
