El Mar is a luxury holiday apartment complex in Javea with a private underground parking space. The complex is 200 meters from Arenal Beach. The apartment is modernly furnished and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is completely cooled or heated with a heat pump. The temperature can be set yourself . The apartment is beautifully located and is located on the ground floor. The communal garden is landscaped with palm trees, flowers, a swimming pool and a large lawn for relaxing in the sun. In the evening, the garden and pool are illuminated. Through the 2 large sliding doors of the spacious open living and dining room you enter the terrace, which gives access to this communal garden and the swimming pool behind it. Perfect for families with children who like to swim and play. At the back of the apartment is the sunny patio with seating and luxurious sun beds.
The apartment is suitable for 4 people. It has a large bedroom with 2 comfortable single box-spring beds and a luxurious walk-in shower with shower. The second bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds with a bath and a shower here. Both bedrooms have generously sized fitted wardrobes.
The living room has two luxurious sofas and is equipped with a smart TV with NL Ziet, British channels and Netflix with a Bluetooth speaker. The dining area seats 4 and a high chair is available if required. Also on the terrace is a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs.
The spacious kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave and a large selection of kitchen utensils.
There is integrated air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment. With the push of a button you can create a warm or cool environment.
The apartment has its own parking space in the underground parking garage. It is ideally located about 200 meters from the Arenal beach and the boulevard with restaurants, activities and shops. A car is not essential as everything is within walking distance. The less crowded and beautiful pebble beach of Muntanya is a little further, 1000 meters walking distance. There you can also swim, sunbathe and rent sunbeds. You can also take sunbeds from the apartment with you. During the summer months there are several attractive Chiringuitos on this beach. These are contemporary pop-up beach bars. They serve all kinds of dishes and snacks. Some of the most popular beach restaurants in Javea are "La Siesta" and "Montgo di Bongo".
Javea consists of three areas: the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings you will find craft stalls, artists and musicians. Then there is the harbor area with the fish market and promenade and third there is the old town with narrow streets, shops and historic buildings. A cozy and colorful market is held every Thursday morning.
10 km from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic Islands. Denia has miles of sandy beaches and tree-lined streets, terraces, bars and restaurants. The seaside resort of Benidorm is just a 30 minute drive away and nearby is Terra Mitica, one of Europe's largest theme parks. A must is the Aqualandia theme park next to Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots.
Javea offers something for everyone with its vibrant nightlife and sporting activities such as walking, cycling, water sports and horse riding are also possible.
