Casa Monte Feliz ("The Happy Mountain") in Jávea is located on top of a green hill in the beautiful residential area of Cap Marti. The villa is completely private, but not isolated. It is built and furnished in the attractive Ibiza style. Monte Feliz is an impressively beautiful holiday villa with a spacious garden with a little height difference. On the ground floor you will find the hall, kitchen, a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. In addition, you will find the master bedroom with a very spacious, private bathroom.
One level down is a spacious apartment with its own entrance. It has a bedroom and bathroom and a beautiful view of the pool and garden. Ideal for an adult couple or older children.
The entire garden (1,500 m²) is completely private, not overlooked. It has a spacious lawn (of 600 m²) for relaxing or exercising. The garden is full of flowers, plants, cacti, fruit trees, palm trees and pine trees. In the evening it is particularly attractively lit.
On "the happy mountain" life is relaxed. Both during the day in the summer sun and on the wonderfully sultry evenings. There are a number of terraces to choose from, depending on the temperature and position of the sun. The large covered terrace off the living room has a lounge and dining area. You stay nice and cool on hot summer days. The (partly) thatched south terrace with lounge set and terracotta dining table is perfect for breakfast and dinner. There is also a large sun terrace by the pool. There is also a pool house with outdoor kitchen (Weber griddle, small stove, sink, refrigerator), a bar, relaxing sofas and a television screen.
The swimming pool (10 x 5 m) has a small shallow part and a larger swimming area. Next to the pool, you can sunbathe on comfortable bamboo loungers.
The location of Monte Feliz is truly ideal: only 10 minutes to the sandy beach of Arenal, 15 minutes to Jávea town and the port, 15 minutes to the most beautiful rocky coasts and bays of the Costa Blanca. In 10 minutes you are on the golf course. Atmospheric Moraira is only 20 minutes by car.
