A spacious villa with incredible panoramic views on the Montgo, a great outdoor bar/kitchen area, a large pool, multiple terraces, 6 bedrooms, and a nice Mediterranean garden.

Our family home has just been completely renovated and redecorated to the highest standards of bright, modern Mediterranean interior design.

The villa is located in Jàvea, between Valencia (110 km) and Alicante (95 km). It is easy to get there, either by road or by plane to either of these two cities.

Casa Madelaine is a ideal for gathering family and friends, relaxing around the large pool and enjoying the best of the Costa Blanca and the Spanish lifestyle.

Just a few minutes from the sea, the Villa offers fantastic open panoramic views of the natural park and the Montgo mountain that dominates the bay of Jàvea.

In a beautiful residential area, quiet and without any road noise, the villa is ideally located at 10 minutes from the Arenal beach, 6 minutes from the old town of Javea, 4 minutes from the Golf.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens (of which a fabulous outdoor bar-kitchen), a bright comfortable lounge dining room, a spacious upper sunbathing terrace with fantastic views of Montgo Mountain, a 10x5m Roman end pool and a large surrounding sun terrace, a pool/games room, a fast WiFi network.

On the main sun terrace (200m²), the heated swimming pool, the tropical garden with lawned areas and Mediterranean trees and plants, the large Bali pergola and the outdoor bar-kitchen form a very pleasant outdoor living space.

Note to our youngest guests: we don't rent the villa for party events :-)

The entrance to the property is through a double electric gate and opens onto 3 secure parking spaces - you can also park easily on the street.

The cleaning costs are included in the rental price. Our guests who would like to stay longer than a week can order an optional intermediate cleaning. Household linen - bath and pool towels, sheets, tea towels - are included in the price as well as AirConditionning, gas, electricity and water.

From April 1 to October 30, the swimming pool can be heated on request (35€ per day), which can be appreciated. The pool does not have safety protection for young children.
