Casa Lynn is a traditional Spanish villa with 2 separate floors. The villa is surrounded by a tropical sun-drenched garden with several terraces and surprising corners. The swimming pool with roman steps is like an oasis; quiet and private. The villa is located in the urbanization El Rafalet, just a 5-minute drive from the historic center. Within 10 minutes you can be on the sandy beach of Port en Arenal with its bars, shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife. 1.5 km away is the popular Lulu Beach Club, known throughout the area. Behind the villa stretches the forest and rural area with nature and (old) vineyards. Directly from the villa you can go for short or longer walks. For an active holiday, there are plenty of sporting opportunities in the area, including mountain biking, but also water sports and horseback riding.
Casa Lynn with its two floors is very suitable for two families. The upper floor has a completely renovated semi-open kitchen that is fully equipped, including a special water filter for tapping clean drinking water. From the living room you have a panoramic view of the surroundings. The living room has a wood stove, nice sofa, two relax chairs and a Smart TV with Netflix, NL ziet, Youtube, and Dutch channels. On this floor there are also two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. One bedroom has a double box-spring bed and the other bedroom has two single box-spring beds.
From the living room you walk onto the covered naya where you can enjoy the setting sun and the beautiful panoramic views. An additional advantage of the upper floor is that small children cannot reach the lower pool on their own. In addition, the area around the villa is completely fenced.
Downstairs, a fully independent living space has been created, equipped with a modern open kitchen. From the living room you can walk outside onto the terrace. This living room has a sofa, armchair and TV with Dutch channels. The two bedrooms each have two single box-spring beds. The first floor also has a modern bathroom. All rooms at Casa Lynn are air-conditioned , seven in total.
Casa Lynn has a wonderful outdoor life, perfect for spending the long summer evenings. From the villa you can walk into the garden and enjoy the spacious swimming pool. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a nice quiet spot. You can barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. All in all, a wonderful place for a family vacation.
