This house, with private south-facing garden and terrace and with parking in front of the door, has recently been completely renovated. The house is equipped with every luxury and comfort and furnished with a wonderful boho vibe. Moreover, the house is located in LOS LAGOS, one of the most beautiful urbanizations of Jávea, on the edge with Jesus Pobre and with a view of 'El Montgo'.
Casa Lola is suitable for max. 4 people and the layout is as follows:
- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, microwave, kettle, electric juicer, blender, round dining table with 4 chairs..)
- A cozy living space (comfortable sofa, Smart TV, Netflix, Chromecast, good wifi...) with access to the terrace, the private garden and the large communal garden with swimming pool
- A bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, extraction...)
- Two bedrooms with box spring bed (180 x 200 and 160x200) and high quality mattresses, various models of pillows, sufficient storage space, air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and mosquito nets
The house has a (covered) terrace with dining table and table griddle / plancha and private garden (with 2 sunbeds) SOUTH FACING, so sunny :-)
From the terrace you have an open view of the beautiful and well-maintained garden & the lake with fountains.
The beautiful swimming pool is located a little more to the right in the garden, about 30 meters walk... The imposing natural park 'El Montgo' borders the domain and is accessible via a forest path.
2 folding sunbeds, beach gear, beach towels etc are also provided and you can of course take them to the pool or a day at the beach.
As in our other accommodations, the house has been completely renovated and furnished with quality furniture and decoration with a wonderful boho vibe...
We have also installed new aluminum windows everywhere with double glazing & mosquito screens. We have also provided many extras such as: air conditioning in all rooms (can be operated separately), good wifi, Tv Vlaanderen, Netflix and Chromecast, board games, books, comics...
Washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, etc. are of course also available.
The large garden (which has already won several prizes & awards) and the fantastic communal swimming pool (approx. 40m by 20m with island, waterfall, various depths and large separate children's pool) are a real added value for this stay! Peace and friendliness are important pillars in this domain.
We also rent out a second home in this urbanization, namely 'Casa Lina' (fast code 38332) This house is located 2 houses further than Casa Lola and consists of 2 floors (2.5 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms)
The residence is not right on the beach, but it is only an 8' drive to the cozy old town and about 12 minutes to the harbor or the Arenal sandy beach with a pleasant boulevard. In addition, you can park for free in Jávea.
A bakery, local supermarket, various restaurants, NL. language doctor's office, golf course, weekly market of Jesus Pobre... are only a 5' drive from the house.
