Casa Leana is a luxurious 9-person holiday villa with sea views, a beautiful green garden and heated private swimming pool in an exclusive residential area in nice Javea. The layout is as follows, ground floor:
living room/"fireplace corner" (air conditioning & 3 ceiling fans), kitchen (air conditioning & ceiling fan), the bedrooms:
1. Single bedroom (bed 90x200) with ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom
2. Double bedroom (bed 180x200) with air conditioning and ceiling fan,
3. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 x; 90x200, for max. 4 children) and air conditioning, with a bathroom in the hallway and extra separate toilet with washbasin.
On the 1st floor there is another:

Extra cots: On request, a cot (up to max. 15 kilos) and two high chairs are available free of charge. A 2nd cot, a playpen and 3rd high chair can be rented on request.
Outside, under the canopy, there is a large dining table with ceiling fan. There are also lounge chairs and chairs and sunbeds by the pool. On the side of the villa is another round dining table.
The villa is fully equipped, such as:
American fridge (with water filter, ice cubes and shaved ice), wine cooler, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso machine and a Nespresso milk frother. There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, which can also be used by guests.
Smart TV (streaming) and Canal Digital, fast fiber optic wifi (indoor & outdoor). A Sonos music system. Optional heated swimming pool. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. The house has 5 air conditioners and 8 ceiling fans. There is also a safety deposit box and a camera and alarm system.
Casa Leana is located in a spacious residential area close to the bustling Arenal beach. There is also plenty to do for children, such as table tennis and playgrounds on the beach. A little further along the coast is the cozy old harbor with nice shops and restaurants. Javea has several beautiful beaches; From picturesque rocky beaches to a more extensive sandy beach. In the region there are nice authentic villages and regional / flea markets. Moraira and Denia are also nice to visit. From Denia there are ferries to Ibiza, among others. Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante, these cities are also worth a visit!
Sports activities in Javea include: Golf, tennis, padel, mountain-biking, hiking, diving and snorkeling. You can also rent water scooters, a canoe or a boat (with or without a license/captain)
The weather in Javea and the surrounding area is among the most stable on the Spanish coast. The weather here is pleasant almost all year round! There are more than 300 sunny days a year!
In addition to useful information, the welcome letter also contains great tips; such as culinary restaurants and cozy lunchrooms. Good service is important to us. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the manager and shown around. The manager speaks 5 languages, including Dutch.
There will be a welcome package with possibly a welcome gift for accompanying children, practical items and something tasty to eat and drink, so that you can toast to a wonderful holiday!
The gardener comes every Tuesday to maintain the garden and the pool man ensures that the pool remains clean 1 to 2 times a week. Please note that the pool is not fenced! Optionally, the water in the pool can be max. 10 degrees (depending on the outside temperature up to max. 28 degrees).

-Fair use: internet, water, gas and electricity; max 50 Kwh per day and max 1 gas bottle of 35 kilos of gas per week for partial hot water supply (the first 150 liters are electric) and possible heating by radiators. There is no charger for electric cars at the villa! However, an electric car can be charged at various places in the village.
- Smoking/vaping is not allowed in Casa Leana
-Max 2 dogs are allowed in consultation. There are 2 benches available, the garden is fenced and there will be something tasty waiting for them. We assume that dogs are well behaved and do not go on the sofas, chairs and beds and do not cause a nuisance. A fee of 75 euros per dog is requested.
