Access with your own code (keypad). Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and sink. Living room with sitting area, pellet stove and air conditioning. French doors to small patio.

1st floor
Television corner. Bedroom (with air conditioning) with 2 single beds and small balcony. Bathroom with walk-in shower.

2nd floor
Bedroom (with air conditioning) with 1 double bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Small bedroom with 1 single bed (no air conditioning, but mobile fan).

Roof terrace
Spacious seating area. Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and sink.

Parking
Paid parking is available in the covered garage in the center of Javea (Carrer de Miguel Hernández 4, under the Plaza de la Constitucion). Around here you can usually find a spot on the street where you can park for free.

Hi, We are Dido and Amy and we enjoy living in Spain with our family.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For short stays (2-6 nights) a cleaning fee of €60 applies,--. This also includes linen and towels.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

For stays in the period from June 19, 2025 to September 14, 2025, different (cancellation) conditions apply:
Minimum stay of 7 nights.
The cleaning fee is €95,--. This also includes linen and (bath) towels.
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.
When booking, 50% of the total rental price must be paid within 2 days. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.

Check-in is possible from 15:00h. A unique access code is provided for this. Check-out is possible until 11:00 am.

Holidays such as 1st and 2nd Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are not possible as arrival days.
