We are Joost and Els and after many holidays in Jávea we decided to live and work there. We have been here for about ten years and enjoy this beautiful part of the Costa Blanca immensely. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

General

Casa Elche is not a location for partying groups or parties. The villa is located in a beautiful quiet residential area where many neighbors live permanently.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa

Pets are only allowed in consultation

Subletting is not allowed

Cancellation

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by e-mail by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 90 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

Cancellation between the 90th day and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price

Cancellation between the 59th day and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 75 % of the rental price

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit and the completed and signed rental agreement.
