Casa el Granjero is located in El Tosalet, one of the most beautiful and quiet residential areas of Javea. The beautiful detached house has a typical Spanish appearance due to the Naya , or the covered veranda around the house. Nice and cool in the summer!

The entire house is on one level, with the naya and kitchen on the pool side.
Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with nice fitted wardrobes and comfortable double box spring beds with double beds. All rooms have air conditioning so you can sleep well.

In addition to the bedrooms you will find 2 modern and luxurious bathrooms with shower and toilet.

The house has a spacious dining and sitting room in one room, with a nice family table and a comfortable sofa and comfortable chairs. Of course, a smart TV and fast internet via WiFi. In the beautiful Balinese china cabinet no expense has been spared on crockery and good glasses and you will also find games for that rainy day that never comes. Finally, there is also a spacious fireplace that is probably only lit in the winter months.

Casa el Granjero has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso coffee and milk frother. Good pans and knives and we don't fuss about dishwasher tablets, Nespresso cups, olive oil, salt and pepper; everything is just there. Our kitchen is unique by Spanish standards because it opens directly onto the terrace.

There you will immediately find the outdoor kitchen with separate refrigerator, sink, bar and gas BBQ. And you look directly out onto the spacious and deep private swimming pool, where everyone sits around and has fun! Perfect for families!

The spacious garden of 1000m2 has several seating areas and embraces the entire house. At the back of the house, near the bedrooms, there is a terrace for morning coffee and, very nice, a jeu de boules court. You will probably use it in the evening with a glass of rosé in your hand.

The area is quiet and guarded by El Tosalet's private security. The hustle and bustle, the nightlife, the restaurants and the beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away by car or bicycle. There are several supermarkets around the corner and the nearest one, a 10-metre walk away, has a bakery with fresh croissants, brown bread, peanut butter and Tony Chocolonely.
