Downstairs apartment Casa Crystal
Casa Crystal is a typical Spanish villa with two separate apartments in Javea, equipped with every luxury and comfort and suitable for 4 to 10 people. The villa was completely renovated and newly furnished at the end of 2023 and has a large swimming pool. Outside the high season we also rent out the two apartments separately from each other. You will experience a lot of privacy. If you still want to have the garden and swimming pool completely at your disposal, this is possible for an additional cost of € 50 per night and the upstairs apartment will not be rented out.
Downstairs apartment
The lovely ground floor ground floor apartment can accommodate 4 people and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and access to a covered terrace. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. The cozy living room has a corner sofa. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, sink and bidet.
There is a storage room where the washing machine, microwave and the like are located.
Via a super-fast fiber optic connection, Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the house and in the garden.
"Casa Crystal" is a luxury holiday villa in a quiet neighborhood and we ask you to be considerate of the surroundings. Of course, playing soft music is no problem, but "Casa Crystal" is not a party house.
The beautifully landscaped garden gives a lot of privacy and has different types of tropical trees and flowering shrubs. By the pool is a barbecue area with a dining area. The two downstairs terraces belong to the downstairs apartment and the two terraces upstairs to the upstairs apartment.
The villa is quiet, but centrally located, the nearest supermarket in the neighborhood is 1.1 km away and restaurants can be found around the corner. A stone's throw away you are at the two most beautiful beaches of Javea; the picturesque bay Cala Granadella 3 km (voted the most beautiful bay of the Costa Blanca!) and Playa de Ambolo 2.3 km (partly nudist beach). The popular Arenal sandy beach, with numerous bars and restaurants on the promenade is only a 9 minute drive away. Tennis court is within walking distance and if you like waves you are on the golf course after a 13-minute drive.
Casa Crystal, like many authentic Spanish villas, has several stairs with banisters and is not suitable for disabled holidaymakers.
Renting bed linen is mandatory. You will also receive a set of towels and a bath towel.
