This villa is ideal for two families or a large family
Casa Crystal is a typical Spanish villa with two separate apartments in Javea, equipped with every luxury and comfort and suitable for 4 to 10 people. Ideal for two 2 families or a very large family, cozy together by the pool and yet each his own apartment. The villa was completely renovated and newly furnished at the end of 2023 and has a large private pool and four terraces with lots of privacy. Two terraces offer the cosiness to enjoy a delicious meal with 8 to 10 people. Upstairs there is a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, downstairs by the pool there is another outdoor barbecue with a dining area.
Upstairs apartment
The spacious, ground floor, upstairs apartment in Casa Crystal can accommodate up to 4 people and has two spacious bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x single bed). Adjacent to the spacious living room there is a conservatory where you can enjoy a beautiful view during the meal. You will probably spend most of your time outside, the conservatory gives you access to a lovely terrace with a view over the pine forest. The fully equipped kitchen from 2023 has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. There is a storage room where the washing machine, microwave and the like are located.
Downstairs apartment
The lovely ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has (2x single bed) and access to a covered terrace. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. The cozy living room has a double sofa bed. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, sink and bidet.
There is a storage room where the washing machine, microwave and the like are located.
Via a high-speed fiber optic connection, WiFi is available everywhere in the house and in the garden.
The beautifully landscaped garden gives a lot of privacy and has different types of tropical trees and flowering shrubs. From all four terraces, the view is different. By the pool is a barbecue area with a dining area. The two downstairs terraces belong to the downstairs apartment and the two upstairs terraces belong to the upstairs apartment.
The villa is quiet but centrally located, the nearest supermarket in the district is 1.1 km away and restaurants can be found around the corner. A stone's throw away you are at the two most beautiful beaches of Javea; the picturesque bay Cala Granadella 3 km (voted the most beautiful bay on the Costa Blanca!) and Playa de Ambolo 2.3 km (partly nudist beach). The popular Arenal sandy beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the promenade is only a 9-minute drive away. Tennis court is within walking distance and if you like golf you can be on the golf course after a 13-minute drive.
Casa Crystal, like many authentic Spanish villas, has several stairs with banisters, but is not suitable for disabled holidaymakers.
Casa Crystal is a luxury holiday villa in a quiet neighborhood and we ask you to take the environment into account. Of course, playing soft music is no problem, but the villa is not a party house.
Renting bed linen is mandatory. You will also receive a set of towels and a bath towel.
The rental rates are for the entire villa.
