The villa is located due south, in a peaceful residential area; without vis-à-vis, it has a magnificent 180 degree view of the valley and the mountains of the Sierra Bernia, it has a very pleasant garden of 20 ares with fruit trees. The villa is rented for up to 9 people.

The villa is located 5 minutes from the centre of Javea, 10 minutes from the port and the sea and 5 minutes from La Sella golf course. The natural beaches (without the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal) and the environment (Javea is 25 km from the coast) allow you to practice natural activities, especially water sports.
