Located under the majestic Montgo mountain, this pleasant villa is appreciated by all those who have stayed there, it is ideal for a large family, two families or friends, but you can also come there with 4 or 6 people! With the swimming pool, the petanque court, the ping-pong table, the bar, the BBQ and the various 'sofa' corners, you are so comfortable that it is difficult to leave!
The villa is located due south, in a peaceful residential area; With a magnificent 180 degree view of the valley and the mountains of the Sierra Bernia, it has a very pleasant garden of 20 ares with fruit trees. The outdoor areas are perfectly set up for relaxation: Several covered outdoor terraces, magnificent swimming pool with outdoor shower, petanque court, table tennis. On the pool side, the 'naya' terrace has a lounge area, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (a large oven (120cm), fridge and dishwasher, bar). There is also a barbecue area (gas).
The 350 m2 villa is on 2 floors. On the first floor, at street level, a living room and a dining room open onto a large 'naya' terrace allowing you to enjoy the exceptional view while being sheltered from the sun. The terrace has a modular dining area (8 or 12 guests) as well as a comfortable lounge. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped (American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hobs, etc.) with granite countertops, and has a breakfast area. On the same floor there is a bedroom with 2 beds and a modern bathroom (with shower, and toilet) as well as the master suite composed of a bright bedroom (bed 1m80), a dressing room, and a modern and spacious bathroom and a private terrace.
On the floor below, you can enjoy two pleasant bedrooms: a bedroom with two beds (which can be transformed into a double bed) with an en-suite shower room (toilet, sink, shower). There is also a bedroom with 3 beds and a large bathroom (shower, bath, 2 sinks and toilet) with laundry area (washing machine and dryer). There is also on this floor a large living room with a library and board games to relax during naps or in the evening and an office area with screen and keyboard.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and some with a ceiling fan if you don't like air conditioning.
The villa is super equipped as we live there part of the year.
The villa is located 5 minutes drive from Javea town centre, 10 minutes from the port and the seaside as well as 5 minutes from La Sella golf course. There are many other beaches (including the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal) and coves in the surrounding area (Javea offers 25 km of coastline) as well as the possibility of doing many activities including water sports.
There is a supermarket less than a km from the villa.
The villa has the official tourist license (ref VT-(*CONTENT HIDDEN*)-A) superior category.
Note: a standard consumption of 350Kwh is included in the rental, any excess may be charged to the tenants. It is forbidden to charge an electric/hybrid car.
