Guests have access to a parking space in the underground garage and there is additional parking outside the building. In addition, there is a small communal swimming pool (8 x 2 meters) for a refreshing swim after a day at the beach. The building has an elevator.

The pebble beach of Muntanyar, with its cosy beach bars, is within walking distance. From there you can walk to the harbor or to the Arenal beach with boulevard, shops and restaurants.
