Apartment Benvinguts is a luxuriously furnished apartment consisting of a living room with adjoining spacious balcony (18m2), separate kitchen with adjoining balcony, hall, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment complex also has a large swimming pool with children's pool.
Adjacent to the master bedroom (with air conditioning) is a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink. The other bathroom is opposite the other two bedrooms (both also have air conditioning) and is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building has a lift. A first balcony is located on the east, and a second, very spacious, balcony is located on the south. You can park your car in our private parking space in the garage under the complex. The apartment is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
There are restaurants and shops 150m away. With the "El Arenal" sandy beach 350m away, you can walk to the pleasant boulevard of Jávea in no time. Here you can enjoy a day at the beach, a large number of various restaurants and nightlife. It is a beautiful beach, family-friendly and there is play equipment on the beach for the children. Many shops and supermarkets are also nearby, so a car is not necessary for your stay.
