Esencia Apartment, the name says it all! Entering through the front door, we find an open-plan kitchen with everything you need and more for your vacation, a cozy living/dining room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the communal pool, outdoor furniture including a table and chairs for six people, two armchairs with cushions, and on the same terrace, hidden behind a door, a washing machine and dryer, electric water heater, and cleaning supplies. There are three bedrooms: the first bedroom has two single beds and direct access to a terrace with a sofa and mountain views; the second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe; and the third bedroom has two single beds together, a large dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The apartment has another separate bathroom with a shower, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, and another built-in wardrobe for storing clothes, coats, or whatever else guests may need.
The property has been designed entirely for vacation use, being very comfortable with all the necessary accessories to arrive and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Parking space, electric shutters on all windows, stylishly decorated and furnished with quality items.
The development:
Essential: a very family-friendly development with a large, fenced-off communal pool with key access for the exclusive use of guests. The community has a children's area for the little ones (slide, etc.) and another sports area with two machines.
Location:
Esencia is located on Avenida Trenc D'alba. Several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl, etc.) are within easy walking distance (200 meters), but if you prefer, there are other supermarkets just a few meters further away. A short distance away is the Old Town, which is a must-see, and the Puerto beach is about 1.5 km away, while the Arenal (sand) beach is 3 km away.
