Luxury apartment on the ground floor with beautiful terrace! The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV and WIFI. In the evening, the lighting of the complex gives a romantic atmosphere. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner + coffee machine. The bedrooms 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 beds are equipped with built-in wardrobes and have en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet + mirror. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.

Outside there is a large beautiful communal swimming pool with green plantations and palm trees, fitness, playground and indoor pool, sauna, showers and toilet.  There is also a very large
parking space underground where you can park your car and/or bicycles.

Close to a large salt lake, only 6 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Guardamar and from the only beautiful pine nature reserve along the sea of La Marina.  approx. 15min from the city of Torrevieja, approx. 25min from the largest shopping center of the Costa Blanca (La Zenia Boulevard) and approx. 30min from the city of Alicante and the airport. Within walking distance are all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants etc).  

The nightly price includes 10 KWH per day. Other consumption is charged at a market  rate.
It is for 4 guests, possibly a 5th guest available on the sofa bed at an extra cost of €15.- per night and in the months of July/August the surcharge is €20
