It has a spacious south-facing balcony at the front, in winter it is closed with windows so that it functions as a conservatory, in summer it is completely open.

At 250 meters you will find a large supermarket for all your groceries or for delicious fresh bread rolls in the morning. The center is less than a 10-minute walk away and here you will find several cozy restaurants, (tapas) bars, shops and the boulevard with a lovely beach.
Or you can also take a nice walk through the beautiful dune area and you will end up on the quiet sandy beaches and the marina of Guardamar del Segura
On Wednesdays there is a weekly market where you can find delicious fresh products or clothing / bags etc.
You can also use public transport, in front of the large supermarket there is a bus station that takes you to the center and/or beach of Guardamar del Segura for less than a euro.
In the center there is also a bus station where you can take the bus to Allicante, Torrevieja, Santa Pola and other nice places.
