The apartment is located just 2.5 km from the wide white sandy beach of Guardamar and within walking distance of the nature reserve and Lake La Mata. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket that can be reached on foot. There is a bus stop within walking distance that will take you to Murcia, Alicante and Torrevieja.
Casa Xajulamor is suitable for 5 people (or can be expanded to 6), has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with every luxury and comfort: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, combi microwave, regular oven, hob, extractor hood, hot water bottle, crockery, pots, pans, et cetera. The spacious living room is equipped with TV (TV Vlaanderen), wifi and air conditioning for heating and cooling.
You can park in the car park (included). In the winter months, you can use the indoor spa Jaccuzi & Swedish sauna. Furthermore, the swimming pool is fully available.
