We are the proud Dutch owners of this 4-person apartment Casa Lemon Tree. Where you will enjoy this beautiful part of Spain.
Casa Lemon Tree is located in El Raso – Guardamar del Segura, at the southern end of the Costa Blanca. With no less than 320 sunny days a year, this is the ideal destination to relax, discover and enjoy. Our modern 4-person apartment is part of the new complex Area Beach III (2025). Here you will find everything you need: 2 large swimming pools with hot tubs, Padel court, a gym and a spa. A secure underground parking with private space. You can also easily and safely store your (electric) bicycles here in your own storage room. This floor can be reached by elevator and the elevator goes up to the front door on the first floor of Casa Lemon Tree.
The apartment itself is spacious and luxuriously furnished with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the air conditioning and shutters, it is always comfortable inside. The showpiece? The sunny 20 m² south-facing balcony – perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine at sunset.
The location is also ideal: the beach of Guardamar can be reached within 10 minutes and the salt lakes are within walking distance. Restaurant, bars, supermarkets and the well-known Lemon Tree market within walking distance. Alicante airport can be driven to the front door within half an hour.
