From the apartment it is about 700 meters walk to the fine sandy beach and 800 meters to the cozy center. Right next to the apartment you can walk straight into a nature reserve with unpaved hiking trails. The Guardamar Hill Resort also has various facilities to enjoy your holiday.
The apartment is over 110 m2 and really fully equipped. The spacious terrace with lounge seating area and dining table can be opened fully or partially with sliding glass panels. Regardless of the weather, you can always enjoy the view that never gets boring.
Inside there is a spacious living room with large leather sofa and a 6 person table. In addition to international channels, you can also receive Dutch TV on the flat screen. Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. This is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and also a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with box springs and wardrobes. The master bedroom (where you have a view of the sea from your bed) has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, a double sink, toilet and bidet.
All windows of the apartment are equipped with electrically operated shutters to keep the heat out. Of course, there is also an air conditioner so that you always have the desired temperature inside.
Guardamar Hills resort has , among other things, a swimming pool including children's area outside, an indoor pool is open in winter and there is a free padel court.
The complex is well secured and has an elevator to take you to the fourth floor. Parking is free on the side of the road, there is always enough space here.
Guardamar del Segura is a popular seaside resort with a fine beach, boulevard with restaurants and terraces. There is also a large nature reserve and park in the village with walking routes. From the apartment, the center is easily walkable. Through a tunnel you are at the beginning of the main street. From Guardamar it is also possible to make trips to nice places in the area such as Torrevieja, Elche, Alicante and even a day trip to the beautiful city of Valencia is doable.
From Alicante airport you can drive to Guardamar Hills within half an hour.
It is wonderful to spend your holidays here all year round. The mild climate is also an advantage for winter visitors.
