This spacious and luxurious apartment within walking distance of the sandy beaches of Guardamar is located on the beautiful Marjal Beach Resort.

The apartment we rent has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. This apartment is located in the most beautiful place of the complex, on the ground floor and only a few meters from the communal swimming pool.

The house is equipped with all comforts, including:

- Electric blinds and air conditioning
- Dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator
- Washing machine, dryer
- Large enclosed terrace with sun all day

It also has a private parking space in the underground garage.

Facilities at the resort include a sauna, gym, heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, large outdoor pool with sunbathing area and sunbeds, a children's playground, bocce courts and a paddle tennis court. The residence is completely enclosed in a park-like environment. A concierge is available daily at the complex.
