Wi-Fi is available and all rooms are air-conditioned. A private parking space can be used in the underground car park.
Furthermore, in addition to the two communal swimming pools, this penthouse also offers access to facilities such as a gym, a spa (closed from June 1 to September 30), a table tennis table and a playground.
Casa de Ensueño is located in a modern and quiet residential area in Guardamar del Segura. In this cozy place you will find beautiful nature parks to walk in and an elongated sandy beach, adjacent to a cozy boulevard full of restaurants. In the neighborhood you will find a neighborhood supermarket and some restaurants and bars, but also in and around Guardamar del Segura there are many supermarkets and other chain stores. The penthouse is located next to the salt lakes, so a visit to the pink water is definitely worth it.
The bustling seaside resort of Torrevieja is about 10 km away. The long promenade full of restaurants, bars, shops and small beaches make this a popular destination for a day or evening out. You will also find many restaurants and cozy squares inside the center. In addition, Torrevieja is home to a large fairground that is open every night throughout the year, a beautiful national park, a water park and several entertainment venues. There may be a camera system in the house. During the rental, the camera system is shut down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as the 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Stated rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. The additional consumption will be charged at € 0.45 per kWh.
