This semi-detached bungalow spanish patio, newly completed in 2006. New furnished with leather 3 and 2 seater sofa, air conditioning, microwave heating. in the whole house.

Ideal for winter.

Supermarket, weekly market, public transportation within walking distance. in the immediate vicinity there are also div. resturants.
There is a district bus to the shopping center where you find the Lidll and a Spanish supermarket Mercadona. Furthermore you will also find several restaurants again.
At the end of the Avenida you will find a new playground for the little ones.

We rent out our house including all additional costs.
The rental price therefore includes: bath, bed and kitchen linen. Internet, reservation costs, electricity, gas and water consumption. Excluding cleaning costs. The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Ideal for wintering. Electricity and gas included in the rent.

You will be welcomed on site by our Dutch Key Holders.
You only pay a deposit which will be refunded to you after the rental period if everything is left in good condition.
Long term rental prices negotiable.
