A lovely sunny Spanish-style holiday home for 8 people + baby with a private swimming pool.
For more space or privacy, it is possible to book the guesthouse with separate access on the top floor additionally (for a fee of €475).
Villa Cortina is therefore ideal for several families/friends of 2 to a maximum of 8 people (9 people with baby).
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The guest house has the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom (guest house is not rented separately).
The walk-in swimming pool is centrally located south-west in the heart of the backyard. Then various seating options in the sun and shade.
It is a saltwater pool, which means no more irritation from chlorine. The walk-in is ideal for children to play. Enjoy the lounge set under the large veranda/naya with children playing in the pool, the beautiful sea view, a drink or a good book.
Under the wooden pergola there is a large dining table for 8 people, for the start of a breakfast, drinks or that delicious BBQ.
The terrace and grounds have beautiful old olive trees, palm trees, oleanders and a citrus and lime tree. Layout on the ground floor:
- Adjacent to the living room and dining room is a nice large Spanish veranda/naya. Enjoy a siesta or relax moment in the shade. Equipped with screens, dining table and lounge set.
- Living room with corner sofa, armchairs, desk and smart TV with satellite and Dutch channels, Netflix.
- 3 bedrooms: 1 room with a new (2022) box spring 180 cm, 1 room with a double bed 160 cm and a large room with a double bed 160 cm and a bunk bed.
- 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, also separate toilet in the hall.
At the beginning of April 2023, renovation of 1 bathroom en suite and toilet hall will be completed. - Kitchen equipped with: gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dolce gusto, toaster, juicer,
- Dining room directly adjacent to kitchen and living room (high chair available),
- Storage room with washing machine and clothes lines,
- The windows are all equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.
Accessible via separate entrance, sunny guesthouse with balcony.
There is a 4th bedroom with a double bed 160 cm, bathroom and sitting area.

- During the high season, maintenance of the pool takes place twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Sufficient parking on site behind the gate, flat or on a slope.
- Largely fenced property with lighting on the walls and gate.
- Various pool equipment and beach equipment to use, board games, swing with artificial grass and a trampoline.
There is plenty to do in this tourist area for young and old.
House is conveniently located between the old village of Finestrat and Cala Finestrat, along the CV-767 in the Sea Hills urbanization.

Solar energy, sustainable/ecological villa:
- The villa is completely self-sufficient in terms of electricity. The house is connected to a solar system with solar panels, the electricity is stored in batteries.
- Since October 2022, the house has also been connected to the mains water network.
- Own gas tank available on site.
- Pets, small dogs can be discussed in consultation.
- Young people without parental supervision are not admitted.
- Private parties/events/loud music NOT allowed.
