Check-in from 16:00 (if after 20:00 extra fee 30€ - after 00:00 50€). Check-out until 10 am DEPOSIT / DAMAGE / DEPOSIT

The reservation is final upon payment of the advance of 30% no later than 7 days after receipt of the quotation/advance invoice. The final payment must be made 3 weeks before arrival date.

The deposit will be refunded no later than 3 weeks after check-out.

Deposit will be refunded under the following conditions: no fines have been imposed for illegal activities, other rentals or services ordered during the stay.  All waste has been disposed of in the appropriate containers and all used kitchen inventory has been cleaned and tidied up.

And no damage has been found in the accommodation both inside and outside. All keys have been returned. All bills during the stay are paid before departure. No bed or bath linen have disappeared or been damaged. 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The permitted max. Number of guests is as indicated 6 people.
INCLUDES Included in the rental rate are: bed linen and bath towels, wifi, water.
CLEANING SERVICE If desired, you can always ask for an extra cleaning for a fee.
LOSS OF KEYS or remote controlIn case of loss of the remote control or house key, a cost of 50€/each will be charged (security key: 80€/piece) In case of loss of remote control air conditioning/TV: 50€/piece
LIABILITY The landlord/owner is not responsible for :* accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during the stay in / or around the property;* the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the tenants.* burglary, damage to own belongings/vehicles that occur by third parties. 
PETS Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
OTHER HOUSE RULESCharcoal barbecues are prohibited. Smoking inside the apartment is also not allowed.
