The apartment is south-facing so you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long. Every comfort is also provided inside (air conditioning, WiFi, smart TV, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, shutters and curtains). Update : from summer 2024, the sunny terrace will be equipped with 2 awnings so that it remains pleasant to stay, even when the sun is working overtime.

There is also a tram stop about a 15-minute walk away, near the La Marina shopping center. In this large indoor shopping center you can shop to your heart's content.
