Cala Esmeralda – brand new, sea view

Prices: Final cleaning and electricity are charged per stay. Security deposit: €300 cash on arrival, to be returned on departure after checking the apartment. Arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00: €35 supplement. Baby cot on request (€70 per stay). Minimum stay: 3 nights. The holder of the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

Payment (online via Micazu): 50% at confirmation of the booking and the remaining 50% 14 days before arrival; if booked less than 14 days in advance, the full amount is paid at the time of booking. If the rest is not paid on time, we may cancel the booking and the cancellation conditions will apply. 

Cancellation: free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, with full refund. With less than 14 days notice or in case of no-show, no amount will be refunded. If we cancel a confirmed reservation, we refund everything paid and, except in cases of force majeure, we add a compensation of 10%.

Stays of 11 nights or more: a seasonal lease contract will be formalised in accordance with Spanish law (art. 3.2 LAU). The guest must prove the temporary nature of the stay: habitual residence elsewhere, temporary teleworking, medical treatment or check-up, search or purchase of a (second) home, or other similar circumstance.
