Family home La Pinada (built in 2025) is located in a cozy urbanization (with only 15 homes) and has a living/dining room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (all on one level).
Living/dining room;
In the living room there are 2 separate armchairs and a spacious sofa. There is also a large television here.
The dining table has 5 dining table chairs and a high chair (request) can be added here.
Kitchen;
The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer drawers. In the kitchen is a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, Airfryer and a mixer available.
Bathrooms;
La Pinada has 2 bathrooms, both have a spacious shower with shower wall, toilet and sink with washbasin.
Bedrooms;
The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 200 cm) and has an ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a baby bed can be placed in this bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a wardrobe.
All beds have pocket spring mattresses and a 6 cm topper. And each bed has a 1-person duvet and various types of pillows are available.
Terraces and garden;
At the front of La Pinada is the entrance gate, with the private parking space behind it. There is a small seating area here.
At the rear is a lockable small garden, with a dining table, parasol and 6 dining table chairs. Here is also the washing machine and the hot water boiler that is heated by a solar panel.
Via the stairs you go to the spacious roof terrace, with 2 sunbeds and a comfortable lounge set.
Winter sun;
You can have breakfast in the sun on the terrace in front of the house, then there is sun in the garden behind and the roof terrace has sun all day!
Communal swimming pool;
In the enclosed backyard is also the passage to the communal patio with swimming pool.
The patio and pool are only accessible to residents & guests and is an enclosed area. This allows children to walk around and play freely.

Just a 2-minute walk away, with a short walk through a park with 'pinadas', is a small local shopping centre.
Here you will find a fresh bakery (where you can also have breakfast and lunch), a lifestyle & clothing boutique, a car rental company, dry cleaning/laundry and a small supermarket (including meat, cold cuts, vegetables and cheese).
Furthermore, there are in a radius of max. 10 minutes walk a;

The well-known port of Denia is easy to reach by car or bicycle. By car you can do approx. 20 minutes left.
And by bike, with a nice trip through the orange plantations, you can get there in 30 minutes.

You can reach it by a short walk through the park with the beautiful conifers. We kindly ask you to take away the waste regularly to prevent vermin.
