Our villa is located in a quiet and friendly complex with 14 houses and has two bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers.

To cool off you have a swimming pool and paddling pool in front of the door! You have access to a private parking space and a large roof terrace with outdoor shower.

On our three terraces you can relax, sunbathe and have a drink with the whole family. The terrace overlooks the Monte Pego mountain and the villa is 800 meters from the beautiful and quiet sandy beaches of El Verger/Denia, Spain.

The centre and port of Denia are just a 12-minute drive away. The large supermarkets and various restaurants can be reached on foot within 2 minutes.

After a careful search for a perfect place in Spain, we finally ended up in El Verger/Denia. A city that is friendly, has everything you need during your holiday but is not overcrowded. What attracts us most is that the beaches here are quiet in the high season and the healthy micro-climate that prevails here. Our villa is modern, built in 2023 and fully equipped to let you experience a wonderful holiday

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

The Denia region is a wonderful place to spend your holiday. The mild microclimate, long sandy beaches, sheltered bays and impressive mountains with national parks. Denia is alive all year round, has historical and tourist sites, authentic restaurants, in short, there is plenty to do near Villa Sol y Mar. Places like Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Moraira and Javea are a short distance away. Valencia or Alicante are also great to visit from here.
