Lodge Verde is ideally located, in a quiet area with views of the mountains, within walking distance of the village of Dolores with all facilities, including nice terraces and delicious restaurants. And within cycling distance (2 km) of the beautiful El Hondo nature reserve, which is known for its diversity in bird species, including the Flamingo. Furthermore, the beach and the mountains can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

The lodge is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, indoor kitchen and a living room. There is a lounge set outside. There is a communal swimming pool. Also a table tennis table, football table, darts, fire pit, BBQ, Jeu de boule court and a large outdoor bar.

Parking is free on site.

We are Remco, Esther and Nick. We emigrated with our family from the Netherlands to Dolores in Spain in October 2021. We have started to build a small Eco resort on our property, which is as self-sufficient as possible. Of course with respect for our nature and our environment. We also offer sports facilities, both on and outside the Resort.

Deposit is paid in cash, € 150, immediately returned upon departure

Electricity up to 5 KWH per day included. This is more than sufficient for normal use. Above that € 0.50 per KWH

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
