Casa Aldefa

This wonderful 8-person holiday home is located on the beautiful “La Sella Golf & Spa”. The villa offers sea views, spectacular views over the Montgo and views over the 27 holes of the Sella Golf Resort. The pleasant seaside resort of Denia can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Here you will also find the large supermarket Carrefour.

The bustling seaside resort of Jávea with its fantastic sandy beach "El Arenal" can be easily reached by car in 20 minutes. 

The villa has a cozy living room with comfortable furniture, a fireplace and television with Dutch channels. The open kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. In the separate laundry room you will find both a washing machine and a dryer. 

Villa Aldefa has four spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite. Two bedrooms have patio doors to the lovely terrace. All bedrooms on the ground floor have 2 single beds that can easily be pushed next to each other if desired.

The en-suite bathroom is spacious and has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a toilet, shower and washbasin. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom. This spacious room with king-size bed (200x200) has a large en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Adjacent to this bedroom you will find a large roof terrace with incredible views, including a beautiful sea view. All bedrooms have air conditioning. 

The villa is located on approximately 1000m2 of land and is completely fenced. The villa has a large swimming pool that is directly accessible from the living room. The partly covered terrace is wonderful to relax at all times of the day. Laze on your lounger in the sun, read a book under the parasol or enjoy a BBQ in the evening.

Outside the seaside resorts of Jávea and Denia, you will find a large and modern shopping center in the town of Ondara, about 10 km away. There are also many options for day trips, but a visit to the historic city of Valencia, which is a 1-hour drive away, is highly recommended. View the old, authentic center but don't forget to visit the futuristic buildings of the famous Valencian architect Calatrava. It's really fun to do this by bicycle (can be rented locally).
