Next to our house, a nursing home for people with disabilities is being built next to the current hospital. For now, that means that there are construction noises. It's not noise, the rough work is done. But construction is still going on. We find that very annoying for our guests in the coming season. To meet the possible nuisance of construction noise, we offer a high discount on the rent of our house for this period. This discount is already included in the price.

The villa is located on a 1000m2 fully fenced plot, has a 4 by 8 mtr swimming pool, private parking. The villa can accommodate 6 people in its attractive 3 double bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds). Denia:
Denia is a sun-drenched popular port town, located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Valencia, on the north coast of the province of Alicante right in front of the island of Ibiza. Ibiza can be reached by ferries from the port of Denia. Denia is the capital of the Marina Alta district. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are about 100 km away from Denia. Denia has a cozy center, a beautiful marina and a medieval castle overlooking the city and the sea.
The villa is located in a fairly quiet location in the church village of La Pedrera. The name La Pedrera means something like quarry, after the work that took place there many years ago. La Pedrera, in addition to the square through which you enter La Pedrera, belong to the houses that are built against the National Park "Montgo", this mountain is about 800 meters high and has been designated a nature reserve. A footpath leads along this from which you have a beautiful panorama of the entire coastal area. For the daredevils, there is the possibility to reach the top via a steep path. You can also make beautiful bike rides here.
The villa is located a few kilometers from the challenging Club de Golf La Sella.La Sella Golf Course was designed by Jose María Olazábal in 1991, 2-time champion of the Masters in Agusta.
