What a beauty!** This beautiful villa with sea views was completed in early 2024. The house has been completely renovated and styled down to the last detail. The interior looks really fantastic.

The villa is suitable for a maximum of eight people and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa has several places in and around the house to relax or retreat; the house is therefore ideal for two families.

In the garden you will find a large heated swimming pool (9m x 4.5m). There is also an outdoor shower with warm water to rinse off or to simply take a lovely shower outside while mindlessly looking at the sea.

The upper floor has two bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms (one en-suite). One of the bedrooms has a sea view. The living room (with air conditioning) is also located here with very comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Dutch channels and all Dutch TV apps. Perfect for an evening binge-watching your favorite series. In the pantry you will not only find the washing machine and dryer, but also a large refrigerator, combination microwave and a Nespresso machine. Ideal to make your cup of coffee here in the morning.

Adjacent to the living room is the naya with comfortable chairs and a dining table with beautiful views of the sea and the green hills of Moraira. It is wonderful to relax here both in the morning and in the afternoon.

The ground floor also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a smart TV here. From the kitchen you walk directly into a second naya, this time equipped with two comfortable lounge sofas. A nice place to have a drink or relax in the shade. The upper and lower floors are connected via two different outdoor stairs.

There are eight comfortable sunbeds on the large terrace surrounding the pool. Whether you want to lie in the full sun or under the palm tree, there is something for everyone.

The entire garden has tropical and Mediterranean plants, which really completes the picture. In addition to the possibility to barbecue, you will find an authentic wood-fired pizza oven in the "casita" in the garden. There is also a beautiful dining table on the terrace. Here you can enjoy dinner on a beautiful summer evening.

There is ample parking space for several cars on the property.

Do you also have to work some hours during your holiday? At Villa Mi Novio that is no problem! The villa has two desks and excellent WiFi!

Good to know; by car it is only 5 minutes to the beach!
The nearest supermarket is less than one km away. distance.
Several restaurants and the SolPark (tennis/padel) are also less than one km away. from the villa.
