We recommend that you take out good travel insurance at all times.
It may happen that the holiday has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the booker or his substitute must inform us in writing. In most cases, there are costs associated with a cancellation or change.
In addition to the reservation and other costs due, the following is used:
• In case of cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 25% of the rental price, being the deposit.
• In case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 30th day before arrival: 50% of the rental price;
• In case of cancellation from the 31st day to the 7th day before Arrival: 75% of the rental price;
• In case of cancellation from the 7th day to the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price.
In the event of a no show, 100% of the rent is due.
Cancellation by Nido Calido Denia:
In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, the Nido Calido Dénia is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part without the guest being able to assert a claim for compliance and/or compensation:
A . Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, rebellion, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions,
B. Death of one of the owners or close family members, etc., under which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot be required of Nido Calido Denia in reasonableness and fairness. This also applies in the event of the termination of business and/or sale of the property.
Modify:
If a guest wants to change an agreement, this can be possible up to 30 days before arrival. The booking may not be cheaper than the original booking after change. These changes may incur a change fee.
