The ground floor has 2 spacious bedrooms with large double beds, one of which is equipped with an extra sofa bed. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher etc. There is a spacious shower, sink and washing machine, there is also plenty of storage space. There are some children's toys, air mattresses, balls, etc. available. In addition, TV and WIFI (fiber optic connection) are not missing
The finca is located in a quiet part of Denia on a dead end street so you will experience soothing peace and privacy. The finca has 3 parking spaces on site. Behind our house is the beautiful Montgo nature reserve where you can take beautiful walks. There is also a wide range of cycling routes for all levels around Denia.
Zensa Home is a 7-minute drive from the sandy beach of Playa Marineta, but also from the cozy harbor with all its delicious restaurants. From the harbor you can take boat trips along the beautiful coast, but you can also sail over to Ibiza in 2 hours. Of course you can also rent a boat or water scooter yourself, there is plenty on offer.
