It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen (equipped with all amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine), spacious living room and balcony with a view of the swimming pool, the Montgó and the nostalgic castle of Dénia.

The apartment is entirely located on the 2nd floor of the building.
It is suitable for 4 people, easily accessible via ramp/lift and fully air-conditioned. It has its own parking space in front of the door.

You can enjoy extensive walking and cycling in the area, both on a flat area and in the beautiful mountain and nature reserve of the Montgo and Jalon Valley. There are several golf courses nearby. Dénia has many cycling options (including the former railway line to Gandia, the Via Verde) and water sports such as a canoe trip to the ancient caves and the many sailing, (speed) boat and water scooter rental options.

Dénia is easy to reach from Alicante and Valencia airports (both 90 km away). From Dénia station (10 minutes walk) there is a regular tram to and from Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante and Alicante airport.

We bought this apartment in 2022 because we think Dénia is a wonderful place. We are in love with the atmosphere that the apartment exudes and the view it offers. We also love fun, the beach and good food. In addition to beautiful beaches, Dénia also offers atmosphere and sports. We are happy to rent this apartment on the Costa Blanca to offer holidaymakers an unforgettable holiday in wonderful Dénia.

Minimum rental period 7 nights. Winter rental (November 1 - March 31) minimum 120 nights.
Deviations possible due to arrangements and remaining days.

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by email). The following rules apply:

If you cancel up to 61 days before arrival, €100 administration costs are due.
In case of cancellation from 60 days to 22 days of arrival, 25% of the rental sum is due.
In case of cancellation from 21 days to 7 days of arrival, 75% of the rental sum is due.
In case of cancellation from 7 days up to the day of arrival, 100% of the rental price is due.
If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice (no-show), this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount will be due.
In the event of prior cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded. We are not liable for damage resulting from this.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for the rental period.
