Our modern apartment is located directly on the beach of Denia, Platja de les Bovetes and a short distance from the center of Denia. The apartment is on the top floor of the complex with sea, pool and garden views. The living room has a sofa, dining table and sofa bed. Through the passage you enter the kitchen equipped with a microwave/oven combination, kettle, Nespresso and citrus press.
There are two bedrooms with box springs (90x200m). One bedroom is located on the large terrace and one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have air conditioning.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
Behind the kitchen is a terrace with washing machine and dryer that you can use. The apartment has climate control for both cooling and heating.
The terrace (36m2) at the front facing east with a sea view has three awnings that provide shade and is equipped with a dining table for 8 people, electric BBQ, 4 lounge chairs and 2 sun beds.
The apartment includes a reserved parking space for one car. There is no elevator in the complex.
