Casa Emilio is located in a cozy & quiet urbanization in El Verger (Denia). The urbanization consists of a number of homes around a central swimming pool (15m by 7.50m) and children's pool (6.5 by 5m). The pool and planters are well maintained by a gardener all year round.
The beach of El Verger (800m), the sports center, the Lidl supermarket and various restaurants are within walking distance (5 minutes) from the house. It is about a fifteen minute drive to the (historic) city center of Denia.
Casa Emilio is equipped with all modern comfort.
The house consists of:
3 bedrooms, 2 with built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with bath and/or shower, sink and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. From the kitchen you also have access to the laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron & maintenance products.
The cozy living room consists of a dining area, wardrobe and sitting area. The seating area is equipped with a flat-screen television, free TV Vlaanderen and free WiFi. All rooms (including bedrooms) have air conditioning (can be operated per room), heating (if necessary :-)), shutters & mosquito windows.
Through the large sliding window in the living room you reach the (private) terrace with dining table, chairs & sun canopy.
2 sunbeds + 2 folding beds are also available. The passage to the swimming pool can be closed with a gate.
A cot, etc., is available on request.
The house also has a private garage where you can store bicycles and beach equipment and you will also find the drying cupboard there. The garage gives direct access to the house.
