This Ibiza Style villa in the hills of Denia, with its convenient location, offers an unforgettable escape with unique views. With 250-degree panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, a protected nature reserve, citrus groves, vast green rice paddies and mountain ranges , it is the perfect place for relaxation, as well as a peaceful starting point for active holidays.    Unique is that, surrounded by all this beauty, you are only 8 minutes by car at the sea and beaches, there are countless walking opportunities nearby and cozy Spanish towns to visit.

Light and tasteful
The brand new renovated house and the tasteful interior create a bright and warm, inviting atmosphere. The house is particularly bright, with large windows and open spaces that make the most of the beautiful surroundings.

The two floors of the house offer comfort and privacy. The ground floor features a beautiful living room, bedrooms with delightful views, one of which has a study area, a stylish bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The lower floor is private, with its own entrance, hallway, a spacious double bedroom and a stylish en-suite bathroom. In total, the house can accommodate five people.
 
Lots of outdoor space for enjoying the unique views
The house has at the front the main entrance, an entrance and two terraces. Around the house there are gardens  throughout and 2 more terraces with seating and lounge areas. At the back there is a wide, deep Mediterranean garden. So the house has many outdoor spaces to enjoy the different views and the pleasant climate.

At any time of the day there are always places with sun and shade to enjoy the beautiful view over the nature reserve, sea and mountains. Most of the year you will find flamingos and other bird species here. A great place for hiking, biking or horseback riding (or to kick back with a good book and a glass of local wine).

Friendly, safe and very private
The house is in a very friendly and safe neighborhood with a nice mix of international and local people. Lots of privacy and tranquility, as the grounds of the house are 1500 m² in size and the layout of the neighborhood is very spacious, with all large plots.

The house is less suitable for people with reduced mobility and small children because of the many terraces at different heights in the gardens surrounding the house.

Sea, hiking trails and cosy pitches
Hiking enthusiasts can indulge themselves in beautiful valleys nearby with their picturesque villages and the beautiful mountains, often with sea views, or for a walk along the long beaches and bays. And finally, there are also the mountain ranges La Granadella and the Montgó with their scenic routes, diverse wildlife and breathtaking views. In addition to the sea and beaches, there is much more beauty!

Finally, in the area there are, among others, the towns of Javea and Denia with their historic core, nice shops, sights, lively markets and traditional fiestas, fishing and marinas, endless beaches and cozy restaurants and bars. 4 minutes away there are supermarkets, and a little further a large extensive shopping centre.

It is a real Mediterranean Ibiza-style house, designed and styled with care and love. Natural materials, warm colours, comfort and an eye for detail.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
