**NEW** Casa Dalia is a modern new build villa, completed in 2022. When we saw the view of the house, we were immediately sold. There is a view of the sea and the view of the Montgo is breathtaking. The villa is fully equipped and luxuriously furnished and tastefully and modernly furnished.

The house is wonderfully quietly located in the residential area of Santa Lucia, 3 km from the supermarket, 4 km from Las Rotas rocky beach, 4 km from a sandy beach and 4 km from the port. 10km from a golf course and 104km from Alicante airport.
The micro maritime climate in this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with a nice breeze, but also for its mild and often sunny winters.
