Casa Dalia is a modern newly built villa, completed in 2022. When we saw the view of the house, we were immediately sold. There is a view of the sea and the view of the Montgo is breathtaking. The villa is fully equipped and luxurious and tastefully and modernly furnished.
On the ground floor there is a very bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with large cooking island, a toilet and a bedroom, with walk-in closets and bathroom en suite. On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and fitted wardrobes. On the first floor also access to a terrace with beautiful views. In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house has WIFI and Dutch television via cable and a Chromecast.
Around the house there are several terraces with comfortable furniture, so that there is always a place in the sun or in the shade. The covered outdoor kitchen has a gas BBQ, a refrigerator and a long, cozy dining table. Next to the outdoor kitchen is a large private swimming pool (10x5), with sun loungers. So you can dine by the pool or on the covered veranda with a wide view of the Montgo. The garden offers a lot of privacy.
The house is quietly located in the residential area of Santa Lucia, 3km from the supermarket, 4km from Las Rotas rocky beach, 4km from sandy beach and 4km from the port. 10km from a golf course and 104km from Alicante airport.
The micro sea climate on this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with a lovely breeze, but also for its mild and often sunny winters.
