Mandarino 12 is a unique luxury penthouse with 360° views of the Mediterranean forests and the sea, up to the Mar Menor, located at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, leading golf resort in Spain. The location, the warm and cozy interior, the large roof terrace with lounge and outdoor kitchen and the unique privacy ensure that you can completely relax here and enjoy a blissful stay. In addition to golf, you can also play tennis, padel and fitness and dine in the cozy restaurants.
Just a 10-minute drive away you are on the beach, where you can enjoy the WOW beach club of las Colinas.
Our penthouse is located on the third floor of a small community (block 1 with 12 apartments and block 2 with 7 apartments), accessible by an elevator. There is 1 master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom and two additional bedrooms with 1 shared second bathroom. (walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and bath linen).
Our penthouse distinguishes itself by the high large windows and lots of light.
In the luxurious large open kitchen with cooking island you will find a microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with large freezer compartment, filtered drinkable water as well as toaster, juicer, nespresso coffee machine, tea machine, mixer,... There is a large cozy dining table and a lounge lounge with smart TV with Chrome Cast. From both the kitchen and the dining area and the living room you look through the high windows to a beautiful wide view of nature to the sea. There is also a washer/dryer available, as well as an ironing board and steam iron.
From both the kitchen and the salon, large sliding windows open onto a wide terrace, with 2 electrically operated awnings, a dining area and an outdoor salon.
But the cream of the crop is a beautiful very large and mega cozy roof terrace, with lounge lounge, dining table with very comfortable chairs, 2 sunbeds, an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and a large outdoor kitchen with barbeque and grill plate and a refrigerator, Here you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. In addition, you can dine in the shade of a large pergola with swivel slats. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° view of the surrounding nature reserve, the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor.
In addition, there is a beautiful infinity pool with lots of privacy, views over the forest and comfortable sun loungers.
In the underground parking garage you can park your car and you will find a large closed extra storage room.
If desired, beach towels are also provided to save space in your luggage.
Las Colinas is a secure urbanization with various sports facilities (golf, padel, tennis, gym, wellness, hiking trails,...) There are also 2 restaurants and a mini market, very handy for the basic necessities.
Arrival days are flexible and the minimum stay is 3 nights.
