Our lovely house is located in the cozy and authentic Spanish village of Daya Vieja on the Costa Blanca. Here you really experience Spanish life: quiet streets, friendly atmosphere and nice restaurants within walking distance. And do you want to spend a day at the seaside? Within about 10 minutes you are already with your feet on the beach.
The house is warm and attractive which makes you feel right at home. There are two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for a family, two couples or just if you fancy some extra space. Bath and kitchen linen are provided.
The living room is spacious, bright and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven and hob. There is also a separate storage room with washing machine. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, which keeps the house nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter.
One of the most beautiful places of the house is the sunny south-facing terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long. In the morning you wake up to a beautiful sunrise between the palm trees.
Everything you need is close by: Close to the highways, bigger cities, beach, nice villages, restaurants, and the relaxed Spanish atmosphere. A house for anyone who wants to stay for a longer period of time and for the winter visitors.
