.... located on the Cumbre del Sol. A mountain on the coast between Javea and Moraira. The location is stunning with beautiful views of the sea and the landschap.De villa is new and in February 2005 opgeleverd.De house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall, living room. A part of which covered terrace and a private kidney shaped pool.
The house ....
has its own secluded pebble beach, Cala Moraig, that invites snorkeling. Underwater life the finest fishing and diving beautiful rock formations with their long claws zee.En if this were not enough, there are more opportunities in Playa and Playa Granadella Baracca.
The beach at the Cumbre del Sol ....
.... Also offer many opportunities for fun. There is a 10 kilometer long sandy beach in Denia, Playa Marines, which is popular with surfers. There is always a strong wind. Playa Arenal Javea has a beautiful sandy beach in a quiet bay. Like the beautiful sandy beach of Moraira, Platja del Portet is it a nice boulevard with shops and restaurants. The atmosphere is cozy and not too busy. From Platja del Portet you even have an unsurpassed views of the Penon d'Ifach.

.... can be very good. On the Costa Blanca are about 20 golf courses. Most are near the coast and are open all year. In the immediate vicinity of the Cumbre del Sol are less than four courses, each with its own characteristics. Bottom of the hill in a pine forest is Javea Golf. Between Javea and Denia is La Sella Golf. Oliva Nova Golf is situated in the dunes even right on the beach. But Penon d'Ifach Golf offers a beautiful facility with views of this striking rock formation.

Sociable a day trip to Costa Blance ookDe offers much more than just sun and sand. You'll find ruins of ancient Phoenician, Greek, Iberian and Roman nederzettingen.GuadelestDit Moors founded by crow's nest is an ideal resting place. It has only 170 inhabitants. The location is unique. You enter through a rock-carved gate. You'll find the remains of a castle with its own cemetery, the Casa de los Orduna, and a prison from the 12th century. The view of the lake and mountain scenery is fascinating.

.... there are large marinas where boats and surfboards can be rented. In several places are diving schools, both as one-day courses provide diving instructions. For those who prefer "dry" marine life closer look, there are several possibilities for boat trips, even with a "glass bottom boat."
Benidorm Terra MiticaBij inland is the new theme park Terra Mitica. It is one of the largest theme parks in Europe. The park highlights five themes of ancient Egypt, dreams bazaar, Greece, the land of the gods, Rome, Iberia and the Eilanden.De attractions range from breathtaking shows to thrilling roller coasters. Even the little ones are considered, there are fewer than 15 attractions, especially for small children!
