CasasQuesada Casa 2 offers a comfortable 3-bedroom holiday home in Ciudad Quesada, ideal for a relaxing stay on the Costa Blanca. Enjoy the communal outdoor swimming pool with children's pool, the green garden and several terraces, with beautiful views of the mountains, the valley and the sea.

The holiday home features free Wi-Fi and private parking. Thanks to its quiet location, it is a great base for both relaxation and active holidays. The area is popular for hiking, cycling and snorkelling.

The fully air-conditioned property features three bedrooms, a cozy living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with rain shower and toilet and a guest toilet. The house also has several terraces on the ground floor as well as a roof terrace. For added comfort, towels, bed linen and beach towels are included, so your holiday can start as soon as you arrive.

Golf enthusiasts can visit the beautiful La Marquesa Golf about 2 km away. Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport is approximately 35 minutes' drive from the holiday home.

A wonderful place for those who want to enjoy sun, nature, comfort and the versatile Costa Blanca.

For several years I have been renting out a holiday home in sunny Ciudad Quesada with great pleasure. Since September 2026, a second holiday home has been added, directly opposite the first house.

Both properties are located in a quiet and manicured community where guests can enjoy a large communal pool and a relaxing atmosphere.

As a host, I think it's important that my guests feel welcome from the first moment. I am always available during the stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
