Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

  • The towels and bed linen are for use within the house only. Please do not take them to the beach/pool. Additional cleaning costs may be charged in the event of heavy soiling.
  • The barbecue may be used on the terrace, but not in strong winds. Leave the barbecue clean after use. If this is not done, additional cleaning costs may be charged.
  • Please separate waste and deposit it in the appropriate containers in the urbanization. Leave the house tidy on departure (dishes done, garbage removed, furniture in place).
  • In the event of loss or damage to keys, remote controls or access cards, replacement costs will be charged and deducted from the deposit.
  • Keep doors and windows closed when using the AC and turn off AC when away or when windows/doors are open. Do not leave lights and appliances on unnecessarily.
